All the work we do in the vineyard has one aim - to produce delicious wines that express our unique terroir.
Our bottled wines currently available are:
Clos des Lièvres 2008 : a blend of syrah (60%) with grenache and carignan. Matured for 14 months in 500L oak barrels (not new), it has a complex range of aromas including prune fruit, cloves and white pepper. Concentrated fruit in the mouth, herbal notes, and with well-structured tannins and a long finish this wine will continue to age well.
13€/bottle or 75€/case of 6.
Clos des Lièvres 2009 : 70% syrah, 25% grenache, with carignan making up the balance. Aromas of berry fruit, mocha, this wine is concentrated and rich but balanced with freshness and elegant tannins.
13€/bottle or 75€/case of 6.
Les Trois Terrasses 2010 : a blend of carignan noir (85%) and syrah (15%). Aromas of red cherries, blackberries and wild herbs. Elegance and roundness on the palate, balanced by a lovely freshness, finishing with notes of black fruits and mild spices.
Serve at 18°c. Delicious with seared duck breasts, rabbit with prunes, or butcher’s sausages on the barbeque.
